Key Responsibilities:- Manage new cases from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cases within the department, identifying opportunities for income recovery.
- Collaborate with in-house solicitors to seek legal guidance and support case progression.
- Produce high-quality template and free-format letters to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on case progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- An interest in investigating cases and problem-solving, with a focus on driving income recovery.
- Excellent written and assertive communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Good listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in a Recoveries/Collections environment is preferred, but not essential.
