Job Description

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our residential sales team in Kensington.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential sales management, with a strong ability to lead by example and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across the office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to meet targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents and developers to identify new business opportunities
  • Plan and execute new business development strategies to drive sales growth
  • Raise the profile of the branch in the local area and beyond through effective marketing and networking
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential sales management
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
