About the Role:This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £19.01 per hour. The role is based on a rolling contract basis, with a high chance of being turned permanent in the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and update care plans for service users
- Work within drug and alcohol services or a similar support role, providing home visits, assessments, and keywork
- Engage with service users, facilitating group work sessions and one-to-one support
- Manage a small caseload of complex outreach clients
- Proven track record in the substance misuse sector
- Sound understanding of the challenges faced by those affected by drug and alcohol issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with service users
