About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Support Officer to join our team at Transform Housing & Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients to develop their independence and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
  • Manage your own time, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines
  • Utilize computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet

We believe that everyone should be able to live independent and fulfilling lives. We provide housing and support for many socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and the London Borough of Sutton.
