Job Overview
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their administration team within the Neuro Rehabilitation Service. As an Automation Support Specialist, you will provide effective and efficient administration support to clinical colleagues, ensuring seamless delivery of services to patients across Berkshire.
Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including typing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate recording of data on all electronic systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to current legislation.
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing systems, including archiving, and access admin shared email and action requests appropriately.
- Deal with incoming telephone calls and team voicemail, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Undertake general administrative duties as requested by the locality team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
Person Specification
- Good standard of education to GCSE level in English and Maths.
- Aware of diversity in the workplace.
- Able to travel efficiently between multiple sites.
- Good abilities in the use of Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to undertake further personal and professional development relevant to the role.
- Experience of working with members of the public, administration duties, and as a member of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to listen well, and demonstrate empathy with patients, clients, carers, and colleagues.
