Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists to support children with social and emotional mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with complex needs and mental health issues
- Work alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist in creating a safe and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support for children
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Counselling, Criminology)
- Experience working with children with complex needs and mental health issues (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
