We are currently seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team at PSi Talent. This role is essential in managing the collection of overdue accounts, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively to optimize recoveries while minimizing potential losses.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in the collection of overdue accounts as directed by the Collections Manager.
- Communicate regularly with clients through various channels to facilitate timely payments.
- Provide updates and insights to relevant team members regarding significant collection cases and their status.
- Collaborate with insurance providers, repossession agents, legal representatives, and sales personnel.
- Conduct root cause analysis of risk events, working alongside operational teams to implement preventive measures.
- Manage risk logs, ensuring that outstanding actions are actively pursued.
Adhere to all governance and compliance standards, ensuring that all reporting and review activities meet the required regulatory benchmarks.
QualificationsWhile prior experience in collections or within the financial services sector is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We value a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
