Credit and Collections Specialist

Watkin Jones Group is seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the invoicing process, including contract applications, commercial invoices, and rentals.
- Record and reconcile incoming receipts and payments, arrange banking, and process associated journals.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting, and support the completion of month-end activities within required deadlines.
- Work closely with the Accounts team, including supporting the year-end audit process.
- Supervise the Sales Ledger Assistant in raising, distributing, reporting on, and allocating payments received through the ledger for contra invoices.
- Previous experience in a credit control position.
- Education/qualifications to a level of NVQ 3, 'A' Level, BTEC National, or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience.
- AAT or similar is desirable.
