As a Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will join our dynamic quality team, reporting directly to Oxitec's Compliance Lead, and provide health and safety support to all departments, with a strong level of support to lab-based teams. You will be responsible for routine safety activities, including writing risk assessments, COSHH assessments, investigating and closing accident and near-miss events. You will also perform internal safety audits to ensure that all staff comply with safety policies and practices. You will need to use your knowledge and skills to further develop the positive health and safety culture at Oxitec.
