About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Manager within our luxury hotel, you will oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming, and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests' needs and brand standards.
  • Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
  • Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively, and efficiently.
  • Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
About You

We are seeking a true people person with a passion for delivering amazing service. You will be obsessed with brand standards and have a real passion for hospitality. You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment. You will have a good working knowledge of food and beverages and be a great leader, striving to develop and motivate the team.
