Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of restaurant professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor restaurant performance through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, taking corrective action as needed.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Proven experience in managing, coaching, challenging, and developing teams.

  • Ability to use initiative in challenging situations and under pressure.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • Proven track record in a similar position within a 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience of working with brand standards.
