Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury hotel's restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a positive team dynamic, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze guest feedback and financial results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staffing levels according to business demands, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing waste.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest concerns promptly, attentively, and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Development: Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards, driving continuous improvement.
