Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Team Leaders to become a part of our dynamic team at Benugo.

Our establishment features a vibrant restaurant and multiple cafes, offering a menu that highlights seasonal British dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. In addition, we provide a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, pastries, and environmentally friendly coffee options.

The venue operates seven days a week, primarily during daytime hours. Shifts typically range from 8 AM to 6 PM. The successful candidate will be expected to work five days out of seven, including weekends.

Compensation: £14.00 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends

Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and inspire the team.
  • Assist the management team in enhancing sales and service quality.
  • Maintain rigorous Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of food and beverage service, along with exceptional customer service and leadership abilities.

A proven history of experience in a supervisory role is essential.
