About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Arora Hotels Limited, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. You will lead by example, fostering a positive team dynamic and focusing on meeting guest needs and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
  • Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively, and efficiently.
  • Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
