About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the development, including maintenance and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Manage a team of contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring the development remains a safe and secure environment for residents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
