About the Role

This is a full-time 40hr week position that involves working alternative Saturdays.

As a key member of the Proprec team, you will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new luxury building as part of the mobilisation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee general operations of the building, ensuring an exceptional service is delivered to residents, and making sure the building is safe and compliant at all times.
  • Plan and deliver events to build interest and engagement with the local community.
  • Deal sensitively and efficiently with all escalated complaints, ensuring a solution is always found.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business as and when required, including maintenance, facilities, and finance.
  • Oversee all recruitment activity for on-site staff and develop your on-site team with training to ensure a consistently high standard.
Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of building compliance, H&S and general maintenance standards.
  • Hotels and hospitality management experience.
