About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ark Ayrton Primary Academy & Nursery. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academic success and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils in achieving their academic potential by providing individualized assistance and guidance.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies and interventions.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons, including preparing materials and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
Requirements
  • Experience in a teaching or support role, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
