Job Description

Folk Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading Manufacturing client who needs support from a strong HR Generalist/HR Manager for a minimum of 3 months.

Reporting to a supportive Chief People Officer and working in a close-knit HR team, this will be a broad and varied HR role covering everything from absence management to employee engagement, reward and recognition to recruitment and talent management.

The client has a friendly, open, and autonomous work environment, with a strong focus on employee well-being and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a real impact and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee absence and attendance
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
  • Design and deliver reward and recognition programs
  • Lead recruitment and talent management initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
