Reporting and Compliance

Prepare weekly HR reports and present findings and recommendations to management by:

  • Analyzing trends and metrics
  • Providing expert advice on HR operational KPIs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • HR Generalist experience with employee relations and recruitment
  • Several years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • IT literacy with experience using HR/Payroll systems
