- Offer HR Solutions: Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, absence management, recruitment, and talent management.
- Engage with Third Parties: Build key relationships with recruitment agencies, training providers, and occupational health providers to support business needs.
Foster a positive workplace culture by:
- Engaging with employees at all levels
- Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies
Collaborate with department leads to:
- Develop capability requirements
- Implement succession planning
Assist in the recruitment process by:
- Designing job adverts
- Selecting candidates
Handle complex employee relation issues by:

- Supporting employees through challenging situations
Lead discussions around change and transformation by:
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Developing and implementing change management strategies
Oversee annual performance reviews and guide performance improvement plans by:

Identify training requirements and support future training and apprenticeship programs by:
- Developing and implementing training plans
- Supporting employees in their professional development
Prepare weekly HR reports and present findings and recommendations to management by:
- Analyzing trends and metrics
- Providing expert advice on HR operational KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- HR Generalist experience with employee relations and recruitment
- Several years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- IT literacy with experience using HR/Payroll systems
