Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's goals and objectives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and success
  • Lead and implement HR initiatives related to change, growth, expansion, and focus on high performance
  • Manage senior stakeholders across multiple locations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Design and deliver key priorities across the UK, focusing on talent, succession planning, engagement, and employee development
Requirements
  • Experience in financial or professional services, namely Insurance, Banking, or Legal
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing HR agendas and working on a broad range of generalist deliverables
  • Strong commercial and strategic outlook, with the ability to continually seek improvement and innovation
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth international organisation
