We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager at Parker Meadows care home in Fareham. As a seasoned sales and business development expert, you will excel in achieving and surpassing revenue goals while enhancing the visibility of Parker Meadows through community partnerships, events, and public relations, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service for every inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fees.
  • Enhance the care home’s profile and stimulate inquiries through events, sponsorships, and public relations efforts.
  • Provide prospective clients with precise information regarding our facilities, services, and pricing.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and identify new market opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and department heads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reports.
  • Be available for evening and weekend meetings and events as necessary.
