About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Repairs Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment in the reception area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the daily operations of the reception area, including handling customer contact, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Support the Facilities & EDRM assistant in the absence of the post holder, undertaking tasks such as Epost scanning, sorting incoming post, and franking outgoing post.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
  • Knowledge of social housing and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
