Technical Support Lead (MDM Intune)

Join The Talent Locker Ltd. as a Technical Support Lead for our MDM Intune team in Fareham. This is a contract role with an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extensions.

We are seeking a skilled Technical IT Support Lead to lead on MDM device management and operational IT support, providing continuous improvement to ITSM processes. The ideal candidate will have strong MDM, Intune, and scripting knowledge (PowerShell/SQL) with an all-round tech background.

The role will oversee monitoring and proactive remediation actions using tools like Splunk and Meraki, lead regional Windows and iOS patching and compliance, and maintain regional device policies. You will also support regional device deployment, manage MDM regional management, and oversee access and admin rights requests for technical teams.

As a Technical Support Lead, you will provide Level 3 application and integration support, lead archiving projects, document, and test the end-to-end break-fix process for the Service Desk team. You will also extract data from various databases, facilitate the deployment of technologies, and support external teams with connection and access management.

This is a hybrid working role with 2 days on-site in Fareham and 3 days remote/WFH. The salary is circa £ with an initial 6-month contract. If you are a skilled Technical IT Support Lead with a passion for MDM and Intune, we encourage you to apply.
