Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the timely delivery and collection of vehicles to uphold service excellence and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with the central fleet team and local branches to source vehicles that meet customer demands.
  • Oversee the accurate completion of all vehicle-related documentation within our rental management system.
  • Organize necessary repairs and warranty services for vehicles.
  • Ensure daily fuel documentation is completed accurately and that fuel deliveries comply with relevant regulations.
