About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at Toyota. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing renewal strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value
  • Manage the tracking of retention activity within the centre
  • Build relationships and provide coaching to help centre staff achieve their goals
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Be data-driven and able to interpret and analyse results to drive better customer and commercial outcomes
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing sales environment
  • Be proactive and independent, with a focus on improving existing processes
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be organised and able to balance multiple projects and requests
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence
