Sales and Retention Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at Toyota. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing renewal strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value
- Manage the tracking of retention activity within the centre
- Build relationships and provide coaching to help centre staff achieve their goals
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Be data-driven and able to interpret and analyse results to drive better customer and commercial outcomes
- Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing sales environment
- Be proactive and independent, with a focus on improving existing processes
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be organised and able to balance multiple projects and requests
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
