Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge digital and power solutions to high-density venues and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify opportunities within targeted industries and research potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities via CRM.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
