Are you a driven sales professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic marketing agency? Micro2 is seeking a sales executive to contribute to our rapid growth and success. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain relationships with businesses, offering innovative advertising solutions and building a robust sales pipeline.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment, preferably in a B2B role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent consultative sales skills, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop new ideas and opportunities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

The Role Will Entail:

  • Proactively approaching business owners and decision-makers through cold and warm calling.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Building, managing, and maintaining sales pipelines and relationships.
  • Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
