Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge digital and power solutions to high-density venues and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify opportunities within targeted industries and build meaningful relationships with decision-makers.
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities via CRM.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coordinated sales approach.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of B2B technology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A commercial mind-set with financial acumen.
  • Ambition to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience selling digital or power solutions is advantageous but not essential.
