About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant at CV-Library. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
