About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our Therapy Services team at Ellesmere Port Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our therapists and patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our therapy teams, including reception and appointment services, patient registration, and scheduling.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including Cerner and EMIS systems.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to messages, and provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with our therapy teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
