Position: SEN Teacher - Autism Focus
Salary Range: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS)

Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:
- Crafting and delivering tailored lessons and educational activities that address the specific needs of students with Autism.
- Utilizing evidence-based methods and interventions to facilitate students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Working in partnership with colleagues, families, and external professionals to create comprehensive support strategies that ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.
- Tracking student progress and modifying teaching techniques as necessary to encourage ongoing development and success.
- Establishing a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging for all learners.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
- Experience in working with students with autism spectrum disorders or related special educational needs.
- Strong knowledge of SEN best practices, interventions, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
