Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions.

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting thorough mental health assessments, developing personalized care plans, and administering medications. You will also provide therapeutic interventions, emotional support, and advocacy for patients' needs and rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans to address patients' needs.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support to aid patients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for individuals facing mental health challenges.
  • Advocate for patients' needs and rights while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate patient records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Valid RMN qualification and UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in acute mental health settings, with a strong understanding of PICU and Acute procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions, treatments, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain effective in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
