  • Advocate for patients' needs and rights while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Valid RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in acute mental health settings, with a strong understanding of PICU (Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit) and Acute procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions, treatments, and various therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills crucial for building trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to remain effective and composed in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
