Job Title: Service Centre Operations Manager

Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for leading the operations of our Service Centre, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Service Centre team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standards.
  2. Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  3. Manage service costs, inventory, and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless integration of sales and service experiences.
  5. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Manage customer communication, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our Service Centre remains competitive.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in a Service Centre or similar role.
  2. Proven leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Knowledge of bicycle service and repair procedures.
