Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Centre Operations: As the Service Centre Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Team Leadership: You will lead a team of service advisors and mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
  3. Customer Experience: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their service experience is seamless and meets their expectations.
  4. Service Management: You will be responsible for managing service orders, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  5. Cost Control: You will be responsible for managing service costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that the Service Centre is operating efficiently.
  6. Training and Development: You will be responsible for training and developing your team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Skills: You will need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  2. Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  3. Technical Skills: You will need to have a strong understanding of bicycle mechanics and service procedures.
  4. Business Acumen: You will need to have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to make informed decisions.
  5. Industry Knowledge: You will need to have a strong understanding of the bicycle industry and be able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
