Job Title: Training Content Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Content Developer to join our team at Boxooo International. As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training materials and LMS platforms that align with our brand standards and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the LMS Adviser to design online modules that meet our brand requirements and ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy for our onsite hospitality teams, including FOH and BOH staff.
  • Design and deliver training materials for our site teams, including brand inductions, SOPs, and operations manuals.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Boxooo systems, including HRS, reservations, purchasing, and food safety systems.
  • Ensure all relevant legislative training is conducted to meet company targets and legislative requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop management and leadership developmental training courses.
  • Provide support and refresher training to Operations Managers and restaurant staff.
  • Develop an ongoing Manager's in Training program and work with General Managers and Operations Managers to review progress.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these areas.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Training department, with operational understanding in the catering and hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing training materials, SOPs, and LMS platforms.
