Job Title: Content Developer

At Boxooo International, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Training Department, you will play a crucial role in driving our training and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the LMS Adviser to design online modules that align with our brand standards and requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive Training strategy for our onsite Hospitality teams, ensuring all modules are compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Design and deliver training materials for our site team, including brand inductions, SOPs, and operations manuals.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Boxooo systems, including HRS, Reservations, Purchasing, and Food Safety System.
  • Ensure all relevant legislative training is conducted to meet Company targets and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct continual training needs analysis to develop and update Management and leadership developmental training courses.
  • Regularly review guest experience and team capability with Operations Managers, providing support and refresher training as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of hygiene, health and safety, food and service standards, and business processes to coach and advise managers.
  • Develop an ongoing Manager's in Training program, working with General Managers and Operations Managers to discuss and review training progress.
  • Work alongside Operations Team to identify ways to add value and support openings by creating opening plans.
  • Review and act on data extracted from the LMS System.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a Training department, with an operational understanding within the catering and hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing training materials, SOPs, and an in-depth understanding of LMS platforms.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work on projects alone and as part of a team, and great people skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with the senior team, restaurant teams, and partners.
