We are a digital studio based in the UK, specializing in content management and monetization for our clients' YouTube and FAST channels.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Junior Channel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing content strategies to maximize exposure and value for our clients' channels.
  • Curating and presenting content in a way that engages our audience and meets our brand guidelines.
  • Analyzing data to improve content performance and stay up-to-date with platform changes.
  • Sourcing and editing content from our extensive library to create engaging and relevant content for our channels.
  • Repurposing content for different platforms to help build our brands and reach new audiences.
  • Writing engaging copy that aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Engaging with our community and subscriber base through chat moderation and other means.
  • Creating additional thematic video compilations and channel artwork to enhance our brand presence.
  • Staying up-to-date with trending topics and YouTube algorithms to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience with YouTube channel management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro or similar software.
  • Knowledge of different video formats, video compression, sound/video synchronization, and other related technical skills.
