Key Responsibilities
  • Content Curation: Run and curate social channels across multiple brands, using audience development strategies to identify opportunities to maximize content exposure and value.
  • Content Presentation: Present content in a way that stops thumbs and catches eyes, utilizing analytics data to improve content performance and react quickly to any platform changes.
  • Content Sourcing and Editing: Source, edit, and curate content from an extensive library, repurposing existing content for different platforms to help build the brands.
  • Content Writing: Write engaging copy that aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines, ensuring weekly upload schedules are adhered to.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the community, subscriber base, and chat moderation, creating additional thematic video compilations and channel artwork.
  • Research and Analysis: Research trending topics and YouTube algorithms, ensuring the value of IP is maximized either through protection or monetization.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience with YouTube channel management, with a keen interest in viral and social media.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar, strong communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time, utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different video formats, video compression, sound/video synchronization, and experience with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
