Resident Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Resident Services Advisor to join our team at Benchmark Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in achieving full occupancy by managing internal enquiries and responding to queries
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate lease agreements
  • Manage the reference process for new residents and update them regularly on the process
  • Negotiate lease renewals and manage the check-out process, including conducting inspections
  • Coordinate cleaning and repairs ahead of residents moving into their new apartment
  • Deliver a warm welcome to residents and visitors who attend the reception area
  • Manage maintenance requests and contractor visits
  • Conduct regular walk arounds to ensure the grounds, buildings, and amenities meet the correct standards
Requirements:
  • Genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service with experience of working in a customer-focused role
  • Sales experience would be advantageous, preferably within a lettings environment
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines and targets
  • A problem solver who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and solve challenges that may arise
  • Understanding of property, whether residential, lettings, or property management
  • Knowledge of health and safety would be advantageous
