Job Title: Electrical Products Branch Manager

Join Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, as we seek an experienced Electrical Products Branch Manager to lead our team in the Leicester area.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products to M&E contractors and end users. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the branch, including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety.
  • Provide training, development, and motivation to all branch staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the branch's profit and loss account.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Branch Sales Manager in the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT savvy and able to use technology to drive sales and business growth.
  • UK driving license.
