About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to promote their independence and daily living skills
  • Assist with personal care needs, including manual handling and medication support
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to service monitoring and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Passionate about providing person-centered care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Manual handling and medication administration training
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities and complex needs (desirable)
