We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Advance. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and support with daily living activities.
  • Support individuals with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities.
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as required, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
