We are seeking a compassionate and understanding Support Worker to join our team at P3 Charity. As a Support Worker, you will work directly with young people aged 16-25, providing 24-hour support and promoting independent living skills.
Key Responsibilities- Work with young people using a person-centred approach, allowing them to be involved and invested in their own support.
- Collaborate with other agencies to ensure young people receive tailored support.
- Ensure all support plans are completed and up-to-date, rent accounts are managed, and weekly key work sessions are held.
- Monitor the health and safety of rooms and the building.
- Strong communication and listening skills to build and maintain relationships with young people, team members, and partner agencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Understanding of a trauma-informed approach and commitment to P3's values.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
