Job Description:

We are working with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Nuneaton who are seeking a teaching assistant to join their team. This role will involve supporting students in Key Stage 1 and 2 on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom
  • Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
  • Providing individual support to students
  • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • A recent education-based reference
  • Knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 English curriculum
  • Good behaviour management techniques
  • A passionate and forward-thinking mindset
