We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing our proprietary ERP software, 'Miles', at our customers in the automotive finance and leasing industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and implement our software to meet those needs. You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the software to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand customer needs
- Analyze customer requirements and design solutions to meet those needs
- Configure the software to ensure seamless integration
- Negotiate with customers to validate solutions and ensure product consistency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in a business consulting or analyst role
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand customer business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with ERP implementations and automotive finance industry knowledge is a plus
