This role has arisen from our dedication to providing outstanding assistance to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
As a key member of our specialized support team, you will contribute to the development of personalized education plans and the overall growth of our students.
Whether you are an experienced teaching assistant or new to the field of special education, this position offers a valuable opportunity to positively influence the lives of our students.
We seek individuals who can modify instructional strategies and support methods to meet the diverse needs and learning preferences of students with ASD, thereby creating an inclusive and adaptive classroom atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to students with ASD, aiding in their academic and social progress.
- Collaborating with educators and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to execute personalized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral management techniques.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels appreciated and encouraged.
