Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an Autism Support Teaching Assistant to join our committed team. This full-time position has opened due to the retirement of a valued team member. As a key member of our support staff, you will collaborate closely with students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing personalized assistance to enrich their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer one-on-one and small group support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Work in partnership with educators and SEN coordinators to execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Aid in the creation and modification of teaching resources to cater to the specific needs of students.

Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is essential.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor when working with SEN students is crucial.
- A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or Teaching Assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
