Position Overview:
As the Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily management of a residential property, ensuring efficient operations across various departments including housekeeping, reception, and maintenance while maintaining effective communication with residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Our client seeks a candidate with comprehensive experience in front-of-house operations, facilities oversight, and financial administration. The ideal applicant will possess strong skills in general accounting and administration, proficient in software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This role is well-suited for individuals with a background in residential property management, such as a Head Concierge, Assistant Manager, or Facilities Manager, or those with a solid hotel front office experience combined with administrative and accounting capabilities.

Core Duties Include:

  • Overseeing all operational aspects of the residential property, including staff management and tenant relations.
  • Providing leadership and strategic planning to enhance service culture and tenant satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting daily property inspections for potential risks.
  • Managing on-site personnel, including cleaning and concierge teams, and coordinating with subcontracted maintenance staff.
  • Handling tenant complaints and ensuring effective service recovery.
  • Organizing and supervising contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Preparing payroll timesheets and reconciling petty cash for monthly submission to accounts.
  • Managing rental fee payments and ensuring timely reconciliation.
  • Coordinating inventory check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Maintaining security protocols throughout the property.
  • Being available for emergency contact while off-site.

Compensation:
The salary for the Financial Operations Manager position is competitive and is applicable for live-out candidates only.
