About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Optamor. As a key member of our Innovation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of advertising within our ecosystem and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Accelerate Business Growth: Own a roadmap of initiatives to build and improve new advertising products and revenue streams, and conduct experiments and A/B tests to develop the right monetisation strategy and go-to-market plan for new products.
  • Design and Implement Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and optimise processes across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation, and develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance to drive alignment and execution, and develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations within a large corporation or a rapidly growing startup.
  • Skills: Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and drive alignment towards shared objectives, and exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Personal Qualities: An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving positive change, and outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the talent to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging narratives.
